The condition and cleanliness of our fleet is a top priority. Drivers are thoroughly screened to determine that they are not only qualified, but compatible with Medical Transportation Solutions' philosophy. Driving records are reviewed for infractions. Each driver is required to undergo regular background checks and drug screenings, while maintaining an excellent driving record. Our employees maintain the highest levels of training. To ensure passenger safety, all of our drivers undergo Defensive Driving course, 1st Aid and CPR certification and PASS (Passenger Assistance Training). Additionally, to ensure an understanding of the hardship and difficulties that arise for persons that use this service, all employees also undergo ADA Sensitivity Training. We are fully insured and meet or exceed all state and county insurance requirements.
