 1  What does your company do?

We provide a dependable transportation service for persons with limited mobility. 

 

We specialize in quality door-to-door wheelchair, and sedan transportation for the elderly, disabled, and people with limited mobility.

 

We are a provider for nationally recognized medical transportation management and insurance companies, major hospitals and medical facilities, as well as private residents.

 3  What are your service areas?

​

We currently operate in the Dallas Forth-Worth Metroplex and surrounding counties.

 

 4  Does MTS provide long distance transport?

​

Yes. We ask for advance notice so that we can assure any destination be accommodated.

 

 5  How far will you travel?

​

We transport our customers beyond the DFW Metroplex. Transportation outside the primary service area is considered and priced on a case-by-case basis.

 

 6  Does MTS offer same-day services?

​

We do, however, we prefer advanced notice of at least 24 hours.

 

 7  What are your hours of operation?

​

Our Central Dispatch is available weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to accommodate our customer's needs. On-call service is offered on weekends upon special request. MTS vehicles will pick-up and transport patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

 8  What information do I need to schedule transportation?

​

 9  Can a family member or a caretaker also ride along?

​

Yes. We allow ONE additional rider, age 18 and older, to accompany our clients at no additional charge.

 

10  Is your staff CPR Certified?

​

Yes. We also require sensitivity training to handle the needs of patients during transportation.

 

11  If an emergency occurs while in transport, will your staff be able to help?

​

As a non-emergency medical transport company, our drivers are certified in CPR and First Aid. In the event of an emergency, 911 will be notified and the vehicle will be routed to the nearest emergency facility.

 

12  How much does it cost?

​

We offer some of the most competitive rates in the area. Cost is based on the method of transportation, one way/round trip service, origin/destination, distance. Additional fees apply for driver wait time. Depending on the frequency and distance of a trip, rates can be negotiated. Please call or email us for a specific quote.

 

13  Will Medicare or Medicaid pay for my transportation?

Contact your insurance provider.

 

14  Will private insurance pay for my transportation?

​

Very rarely does insurance pay for non-emergency transport. We suggest that you contact them to verify exactly what your coverage is. we will provide you with a detailed invoice for services rendered. 

 

 15  What payment options do you offer?

​

MTS offers convenient payment options! We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
